Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Terms

At Last Human, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. By placing an order at www.lasthuman.in, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy, along with our Terms of Service, Return/Exchange/Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: A small additional charge may apply, visible at checkout.

  • In case of returns or cancellations after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund as follows (per product):

    • ₹150 per T-shirt / Top / Shorts

    • ₹200 per Hoodie / Sweatshirt


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Typical delivery timelines:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

    • Non-metro / Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 working days

    • Remote areas: 7–12 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, festive periods, etc.).


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your package using the link provided.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on select pin codes, as determined by our courier partners.

  • In some cases, COD orders may require a partial advance payment to confirm. This is automated through our payment partners.

  • COD orders cancelled, refused at delivery, or undeliverable due to incorrect address/unavailability will not have COD charges refunded.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping may require additional payment.


8. Delivery Disputes

  • Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

  • If you dispute delivery, raise the issue within 24 hours by contacting support@lasthuman.in.

  • Proof of delivery can only be requested within this window. Disputes raised later will not be entertained.


9. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier. However, our team will help track and coordinate.

  • If your package is lost or damaged before reaching you, contact us at support@lasthuman.in with your order ID.

  • For damaged packages, an HD unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and the opening process is required for any claim.


10. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and phone number.

  • If you realize an error, email support@lasthuman.in within 12 hours of placing the order so we can update it before dispatch.


11. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery will have standard shipping charges deducted as mentioned in Section 3.
